Project Solutions & Hydrocarbon Resistance

Supplying Flameshield Proban Cotton Stopper Bags with added protective intermediate covers to enable these stoppers to be used in oil & gas and other hydrocarbon chemical pipe lines. These bag stoppers can be supplied with a steel 90 Degree tube with gauge, valve and rubber stopper for manual deployment.

Also available in Neoprene, PU coated Nylon and Canvas covers.

Higher line pressures have been tackled by Sarco bags for Offshore contracts with BP and Shell which have delivered major savings when compared to alternative systems.

  • Subsea 7 Stinger Packer Project

    Packer was built on a 5″ Steel ‘Stinger’ which was deployed subsea into a pilling sleeve. This enabled grout to be forced into the annular gap and secure the pile foundations to the sea bed.
